   for the past 3 years, i’ve been lucky enough to go to a conference in mid/late april up in woods hole. i didn’t have access to a vehicle (travelled by bus), so really all i’ve seen is the small main strip of the town with the 1 bar/restaurant and the 2 coffee shops… but the moments of sunshine between the hours of grey skies is worth waiting for. i’m sad that last year may have been my last trip up there for a while.

   also remind me to ask you about your volvo.

   There’ll be plenty of sunshine for you to explore in California, Kurt. My advice: get a shitty car and drive every inch of Highway 1 every chance you get!
